Leapley Construction has been awarded a contract for Kennesaw State University Task Order Services. The scopes of services vary from project to project. Projects consist of renovations, as well as related building repair and retrofits for the various facilities at KSU.
One project Leapley recently completed for KSU is the Science Building Pressurization and Correction Project. This building consists of a five-story office wing connected to a four-story laboratory wing – which became imbalanced due to the massive energy usage. Leapley’s scope of work included all the HVAC work necessary to make the AHU operational and adding a maintenance platform to the roof.
