Washington, DC | Architect: Lawson Architects | Size: 8,800 sq ft | Cost: $2.78 Million

This project involved the complete build out of 25,000 sf to include executive offices and numerous conference rooms with state of the art AV compliments. It also included a new stairway cut to connect floors. All this was accomplished while maintaining the on air requirements of a 24/7 broadcast facility.
