Project Description

In Zone Brands

The assignment
Kids + fun + juice + healthy living were the desired ingredients of the In Zone Brands headquarters office in Atlanta. Now renamed good2grow, our client wanted the company’s office to be an expression of their passion for making nutritious beverages fun for kids and appealing to parents. Leapley was brought in early during the conceptual phase to help create a plan for realizing the client’s and architect’s vision in the most budget-friendly way possible.

The buildout includes a reception area, coffee area, marketing work rooms, board room, six enclosed offices, conference and war rooms, IT department, support spaces, and a break room.

The curve ball
We installed unique custom millwork items and light fixtures that required us to think outside the box for installation processes. A stained concrete floor was done as well as built-in-place reception/lobby glass wall features.

The biggest challenge
This was a fast-track project with a 10-week timeline and lots of custom details throughout.

Highlights

  • Occupying the top two floors (21st and 22nd), the design draws attention to the panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline and surrounding area. Clean lines and lots of white draw the eye to the exterior views.
  • A stainless steel clad semi-circular staircase, encased in two story conservatory glass windows, sweeps through the reception area. It is one of many custom details seen throughout.
  • Pops of bright color and polished elements make for a “juicy” on-brand look that’s clean and uncluttered.
