Project Description

Atlanta Development Authority

The assignment:

Located in a 100+ year old building in downtown Atlanta, this highly complex renovation project for the Atlanta Development Authority (now known as Invest Atlanta) required structural reinforcement, new HVAC systems, and the conversion of warehouse space to office space.

Highlights of the space include high-end finishes such as custom wood trim, wood panels, custom fabric ceiling elements, and 3Form panels.

The challenge:

The team had to complete the project while maintaining the historic integrity of the building, as well as meet the MWBE and small business subcontractor use objectives set forth by the Authority. Leapley logistically planned for both these aspects during the preconstruction phase in order to meet these goals.
