As Vice President of Business Development, Carson is constantly communicating with clients to discover their construction needs. Once the client's specific needs have been attained, he acts as the liaison that transfers the wants and needs of the client to the key personnel that can translate it into a workable project by the Leapley Construction Group. Carson maintains his relationship with the client to be a reliable source of information for not only the current project but for the long-term.
