Leapley raises money for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

$300,000 – what coming together and making a difference looks like. Twenty Atlanta teams came together for a friendly competition to raise money for the CHOA Foundation. Leapley participated in the annual Farmview Market Spring Classic for Kids for the fifth year. Through the hard work of our fundraisers and our amazing donors, we were awarded the title of Top Team for fundraising over $60,000 towards the $300,000 goal for the event.

The mission of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation is to make kids better today and healthier tomorrow through the philanthropic support of individual donors, charitable foundations, and corporations – and CHOA is accomplishing that through their annual Spring Classic game at Suntrust Park. The 17th annual Farmview Market Spring Classic for Kids baseball game showcases powerhouse teams – the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Georgia Bulldogs. Proceeds from ticket sales go toward funding critical patient and family initiatives at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Leapley Construction is honored to support this cause and has been a top fundraising team for multiple years. This year, Leapley hosted a tailgate in the Battery to celebrate and the fundraising team was recognized on the field.
