project superintendent Provides management oversight for all phases of the on-site construction project and process. Including but not limited to the coordination of contractors, schedules, materials, and related equipment. Ensures specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Heavy emphasis is placed on quality, professionalism, safety and cost controls. Responsible for communicating and working with the client, property staff, and building engineer(s). Conducts on-site safety and scheduling meetings. Degree or 5 years similar experience required.
project manager Ideal qualifications include but are not limited to three to five years of interior construction project management experience, site management, scheduling, budget management, submittal log management, change event management, RFI's and RFI logs, safety program, quality control, cost controls, administering contracts, project close-out, punch list formulation and management, as well as coordinating and supervising work pertaining to architects, engineers and subcontractors.
estimator Seeking Estimator with 5 or more years of interior construction experience. Building construction/engineering degree preferred. Candidate must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, and Lotus 123) and be a strong team player.
